Only You is built around a single daily match and twenty-four hours of focused attention. These terms explain the rules of the road — please read them.
By creating an account or using Only You ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Only You. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide about yourself is truthful.
You are responsible for your account, including any activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts in bulk, or use the Service to operate a bot.
Each day, the Service may present you with one match. You and that match have twenty-four hours to start a conversation, after which the match expires. The Service has no obligation to surface any particular match, and we may adjust matching mechanics over time.

We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.
Some features may require payment in the future. If we introduce paid features, we will give clear notice of the price and terms before charging you, and applicable App Store / Play Store rules will govern billing, refunds, and cancellations.
You may stop using Only You and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Only You is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the people you meet through the Service. You are responsible for your own safety, including when meeting matches in person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only You and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
